"Kys" is treated as hate speech, so it's an automatic escalation to a 14-day if reported, I believe. That's the way the system works. If you're perma'd, it's because you've been warned about your behavior before and it wasn't your first offense.

While you may disagree with the policy, the majority of players feel very strongly about having that kind of language/attitude in their games. Because of that, whether or not you agree with it, it makes sense to punish it very strictly.

Saying "KYS" is an automatic 14 day ban. Advocating self harm and hate speech automatically gets the upgraded punishment.

Riot uses a tiered punishment system, with each punishment getting more and more harsh as you continue to ignore the warnings that your behavior is not acceptable. Riot has tried stuff similar to a perma mute before, and it only led to an increase in gameplay related offenses if I remember right, so their current system makes sense.

You are responsible for your own behavior, so it's up to you to mute others before you feel like saying something you are going to regret.

I said bashing my own head into a wall is more fun and second of all every damn player in the game says Kys if you take it seriously you've got more issues than the way you play league and i guess telling someone in advanced that I'm going to be salty when they kill me and that if i say anything about them sucking its more so my feelings against the champ than them is toxic too warnings are bad after all

Well not only are you basically hating on someone for playing a champion they like, but you basically not only wished harm by saying you wanted to bash their head in, but also told them to kill themselves. Both of which are pretty damn excessive especially since this is all over a video game!
