Reporting from friends list

I have been looking for a specific forum post about reporting people that add you to friends list and flame you after a game. I believe there was a red that posted on it basically saying that they don't look into reports from friends list flame. Does anyone remember or can locate this post? Thanks

Why would you add them ? you know you can just delete them? or maybe you know... hold on to your pants... dont even read the message

Don't know about posts, but from personal experience no action appears to come from reporting said people. All you can do is delete them and move on.
