14 Day suspension for first offense - Reported by someone who told me to KYS 2 mins into the game

Riot.... Please, sometimes people flame, call people names and have people that ruin their game by purposefully going out of their way to trigger others. I created this account less than a week ago and without getting muted, a 24/48/72 hour ban you instantly give me a 14 day suspension after someone who told me to "kys" reported me in an ARAM. Holy shit, Im sorry but that is rediculous. How the hell can you give someone a two week ban over a couple reports and NOTHING IN BETWEEN. You are seriously out of your god damn mind if you think this is a legitimate way to handle things. On top of that, IT CANT BE LIFTED!? My god your logic is almost as bad as your 10 year old game design. Please, for the love of god... STOP WITH THE 2 week bans. Your pathetic excuse for generating revenue through targeting players who you know will create a new account, pay more into it and you use their IP to instill higher ban times so you can repeat this process. You are turning into something worse than Blizzard. Ohh, you should follow their methods, they pretty much stopped banning anyone who curses, is racist, hateful or mean. Why? BECAUSE YOU CAN MUTE ANYONE YOU LIKE, JUST LIKE IN LEAGUE. You god damn snowflakes, catering to the weak and fragile. You perpetuate the issue by allowing those who get their feelings hurt easily rather than just muting offenders. Your company policy on this is absurd and meaningless. Please, whoever the bi-sexual, binary, transgender fuck who wants everyone banned for speaking their mind needs to be hanged. (you know who it is too)

I may have told someone they are fucking useless, I may have told someone to uninstall, I may have said they fucking suck. There is also a mature filter, there is also an option to mute players ( which I do when people flame early). But, Im never racist, I never troll/int or try to lose. This account was made less than a week ago. There is no way in fucking hell that I was THAT toxic. And here is the report. This is fucking tame.

For a game with a "10 year old design" you seem pretty tore up you can't play it for two weeks.

Likewise, for getting a ban longer than the time you've even been playing it, I would suggest not getting to attached to this account.

And those are just things that are clearing stated with ill intent, from you. Like, how the fuck can you have so many in a single game and be surprised you got suspended? When someone pissed me off, I try to make then angry and report them for 1 or 2 sentences like yours.

But oh fuck, you got 15 of those, and that's not even counting the passive aggressive ones. Like, you are making it beyond easy for the system to pick you up and ban you looool. Come up with creative insults, like the one with

well, it is certainly worth a punishment. If you've had a 10 game / 25 game chat restriction before then the 14-day is deserved cos it is how the escalation system works.

Whether is it worth a 14-day ban directly is a different question. There may be other games not shown in your reform card (and pre/post game chat) that we don't know about that contributed to the punishment escalation.

Also, I would LOVE an email sent to give me a breakdown of all the reports against me. Or at least send me a fucking email telling me the account has been suspended and when I can play it again. That in itself is pathetic that it is not done. Your player base deserves to receive some form of communication that doesnt involve some shitty skin sale or you promoting Worlds. I should not have to log back into the account through the program to tell me when I can play again or the half assed reasons why I have been punished.
