Perma-banned without two week suspension

I got permabanned in league without getting chat restrictions or account suspensions. Not sure if I deserve an instant permaban but you guys be the judge of that. Any way to revert this? Chat logs are below.

So I can definitely see why you were punished, but this doesn't seem like something that would have escalated you past a 14-day ban if you had not previously had one. I would recommend sending it a ticket to player support and seeing if something happened or if you were perhaps sent the wrong chat log.

Not disagreeing with a punishment sure. I also think maybe this was a bit too much considering I hadn't had any suspensions. I will.

Feels weird. For someone to get passed every punishment tier to a permaban, one has to be excessively toxic or having mentioned racial slurs or self-life threats like "k.ys".

Did you edited something here? Cz that will definitely not help your case at all.

Make a support ticket on Riot's support page and request a punishment review.

There is no way this is correct the way you presented it. There is either:

a) a mistake from Riot, they sent you wrong chatlog or forgot to send you the other 1 or 2. b) you didn't post game 2 / 3 if they exist because you were toxic af in them c) you altered / changed the logs to make it look like you weren't as toxic or didn't say zero tolerance phrases d) you're lying and you just came off a 2 week ban, and this pushed you (correctly so) over the limit to get permabanned

For your sake I hope it's a), but unfortunately more often than not, when people post similar cases, it's either b), c), or d)

But, there is no way in hell, that neither a - d are true in this case. If you can truly say it's definitely not b - d, then submit a ticket and get it sorted out. But lying to the support wouldn't make sense, because they can see all the info they need.

a) No, there's only one game that they sent the chatlog for. They can see that themselves. b) Nope, I only got one game. There's no point in me lying about this. I'd prefer support come in here to confirm. c) I did not alter anything. Why do you keep insisting that I'm altering anything? d) I did not come off a 2 week ban. I'd love riot support to check it out.

I agree. There is no point for me to lie when they can see everything. Maybe I should post a screenshot of the client so people can see.

They said it's likely b-d, but they didn't rule out a, and they even suggested the best course of action (a support ticket). Chill out dude, you're not the first person to come here about a ban that doesn't make sense. People are bound to be distrustful of you.

All things considered, their response was a lot more reasonable than what you could have received. Especially given how nobody can take you at your word.

No I understand that people are very doubtful of people posting about their unrightful punishments. Obviously it's mostly people trying to bs their way into forgiveness. But I don't understand. If I make a statement like that or use the word literally, I'm upset or something? It's hard to grasp.

I'm not insisting that you're altering anything. I'm listing the 4 options of what could have happened. Unfortunately 3 of them are not in your favor, but that doesn't mean I'm saying either one of them is true. I have no idea which it is. It just so happens that all 4 things have happened before here on the boards. So contact support and update when you hear back, to get this resolved.

Doesn't mesh with my understanding of the punishment system. These aren't friendly logs, but at worst they'd be a chat restriction. I see no reason for an escalation to a two-week ban, let alone a perma out of nowhere. Anything unique about your ban message? Were you intentionally feeding this game or something?

There may be something wrong with the ban system lately. I had stopped playing months ago and someone hacked my account and got it permanently banned. Only I had never ever gotten even a chat restriction before and they only sent one chatlog of 1 game where the guy was only minor flamer. I am glad they did, but still.

It might of been because of the hack, but they never even emailed me to either tell me my account was hacked or it was banned. It was fixed but it still shows there may actually be something wrong since it went straight to perma ban after one game with out informing me.

So, your account DOES have a history of punishment, albeit due to being hacked and mis-used by the hacker.

Submit a support ticket and explain this. It's sounding to me like the infraction history was never wiped clean after you recovered the account, so your standing with Riot was still very poor through no fault of your own. Should be something easily fixed, assuming you present this information respectfully and don't antagonize the support staff (and aren't bullshitting us).

It was wiped. I might of wrote this wrong. But essentially, I had no bad history (besides my horrible skill in top lane). I stopped playing, came back months later to find out someone had hacked my account and played a single game and somehow got it perma banned all in one game with flaming that would be considered a chat restriction at worst.

So I assume the perma ban might of been because of the system noticed this guy wasn't at my ip. The problem is that the account had been banned for over a month since the system never emailed me about either the ban or that I been hacked. It was only when I had decided to login on a whim that I noticed.

Either the system found out there was a hacker then failed to notify me. Or the system didnt know it was a hacker and essentially perma banned a clean account for a minor flame.

It has already been reported and fixed though so I got my account back. The problem is that the system needs tuning since it either chose not to tell someone their account was stolen. Or it decided to escalate drastically.

He might hav been rerouting your emails dude. Not saying Riots perfect but you might want to change a few passwords breh

Chill guys its okay, just list out the reasons without spite or bias and if he is in the wrong or in the right you provided info to him that was informative. No need to hound him for him defending himself toward one comment and act like that is what the OP was about
