Will I be ineligible for end season rewards?

I have been chat restricted for the first time and it was a sentence of 10 games. I'm sure I've been reported a few times for poor sportsmanship in rank. Really who would want to use hours of their day to constantly lose to AFKs or Trolls. No one cares about the end season and it can be so frustrating. But on to the point, by taking in account to the possible previous reports, I queued up with my SO and we played a normal just to have fun. We were matched with a pre-made 3 who kept bashing me because I called jungle and didn't want to give it up for them (they ended up top/mid/adc anyway). They kept attacking me all game and refused to help anywhere in the jungle except for stealing my buffs. I ended the game positive score, but had a negative mind set. I was told to go get cancer, called the N word (I'm Chinese but still that is disrespectful) and that they had intercourse with my mother. Their mid laner went 4/15 but I was the bad guy still. Obviously I couldn't ignore the attacks and said a few mean things back but nothing as bad as them. I entered a new game trying to reset my mindset but saw that I was chat restricted, I assumed the pre-made 3 reported me although they were quite more toxic. I served my 10 game punishment and understand that acting negatively was not worth it. I am still unable to receive hextech rewards and it worries me because I tried so hard to reach diamond and it would suck to lose my hard work because of an unlucky encounter with the pre-made 3.

Will first offenders be ineligible? I'm worried.
