I want to be unbanned because as a person I should be able to express how I feel to other player and if its not "friendly" they should be able to realize there is a mute button for a reason so there for I should not be banned but unbanned.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

because as a person I should be able to express how I feel

You can express yourself.

But no one is required to listen to you, nor is anyone required to let you express yourself on their privatly run online services.

You are able to express your feelings, just like you can in any venue. That's your right.

Privately owned venues, however, are allowed to restrict your access to their locations and services if they so choose. That is THEIR right. It's freedom of speech, NOT freedom from consequence.

Behaving in a toxic manner on League is comparable to shouting slurs in a movie theater -- you CAN do this legally...and you can also be legally kicked out and banned from reentering the theater's private grounds. You've gotten yourself kicked out of Riot's proverbial theater. This is not a violation of your rights -- this is a consequence of what you've used those rights to do.

The mute button exists so that, when a player encounters someone behaving poorly, they are not forced to put up with them for the entire game. It does NOT exist too excuse or enable negative behavior.

I disagree. You're more toxic than the average person if you've been banned. If you have to be muted, then you're putting out more toxic chat than helpful information. Therefor, you're being a below average teammate. A mute button won't fix that.

As for freedom of expression, you agree to Riot's terms and conditions when you sign into the client. Violating the Summoner's code violates that agreement.

If this is a permanent ban, then you've had multiple opportunities to fix this behavior. But if this is a 14 day suspension, then you can still fix your behavior.
