Permanent Bans for small blames, and after the 4th "warning"?

I think, that Riot and the report sytem are really way to hard and punnish players to fast, for flaming/blaming others, and for just haveing bad days, as actually everyone has. I got a permanent ban after i wrote "idiot" and "that one action sucked" in a ranked game, and i think, that it goes up way to fast, and that an explicite warning of an incomeimg perma ban would really help.

It shouldnt go in 4 steps, like its doing now: -Chatban -7 day ban -14 day ban -Perma ban

It should have more steps to climb, and also a warning, that your behavior or your writings and chats are going to give your account a permanent ban, because most players, like me, spent a lot of money, and time playing league.Its anawesome game, for sure, and it deserves a better community as it has now, but the behaivior wont change much with that 4 step system, when theres no explicite warning of a permanent ban in it.
