First of all, LOL is a part of daily life for some reason. I like to play this game with my friends. A few days ago, I argued with one of the mates in a game or two, that give me the punishment for about ten games later. After getting this punishment, i started to watch my language in my game. I know that those words i said is some kind hurtfu, but the fact is that my mate just said many dirty words to me, and i fought back. I never complained about that ten-games punishment, but I can't stand this punishment that seems endless. I already correct my behivior in the recent games, and I just want riot to see it. I think punishment is important, but this endless punishment is too cruel. I just want a happy game and I'll correct the mistakes I made, but I NEED this punishment reformed. I felt like I tried my best in each game, and at the end of game there's just one word "you are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions" which denyed all the efforts i made. I think i'm a kind person, and if you really investigate my file of chat, i really don't start a fight or argue for no reason and most of the time i just fought back. If u, RIOT, just give me an answer that self-defence is not allowed and is punished in such an extreme and insufferable way, then I have nothing to say. I just want someone can REALLY track my behavior after i correct, and i don't want a game all of denying no matter how well i did or how many efforts i made. I like this game, LEAGUE OF LEGENDS, have entered my life for a long time. I don't want to give up this game, but if this punishment can not even be reformed, I don't think i can hold on to this game anymore. It's too painful for me to have this endless punishment even though i correct my behavior. I hope someone can these words from my heart.
