I've just been perma banned for apparently being toxic in chat i know I've said some "things" in chat that are inexcusable but i just wanna play league again but if you chose not to unban me then i'll accept the consequences of my actions and never do that again and start all over but if you do chose to unban me i promise not to be a toxic idiotic tilted salty person and i will try my hardest not to do anything dumb
That's not how it works. You were supposed to get the "Imma gonna change" mindset from your very first warning, not until you have been perma'd.

As far as I know, the league doesn't have a repeal process for permanent bans, unless it wasn't justified.
Starting over will not be as painful because of Rune reforge, where they make runes free. Come back later this year if you don't wanna grind.
