The troll epidemic

League of Legends is a fantastic game that I admire for being one of the only truly free to play games that is not play to win. Unfortunately, with the game accepting anyone into the League of Legends community with no barriers to enter the scum of the human population is drawn to the game with the goal of bringing the rest of the community down with them. These individuals are commonly known as trolls and while I imagine, and hope, that riot is doing something to take care of the epidemic, the problem is only seeming to grow worse. Recently my games have been riddled with afk's and worse yet people whose primary goal is to bring the rest of their team down. Riot games should implement a repeat matchmaking queue for known trolls. While I am not saying the first time someone is reported as a troll they should be banished to the wasteland that would be their queue but a review system of a certain number of reports should have real consequences. additional I feel like they should be able to get out of "land of the trolls" after a certain time frame or with good in game behavior. Suspending account is not doing anything because they have no problem waiting out the ban. Any feedback or ideas to improve this idea is welcomed.

As someone from EUNE, I think the solution is to just give the Polish their own server. XD honestly though, I have met some decent polish players who were very polite, but the amount of people swearing "KURWA" and "syka" is really astronomically high. I don't know what causes it. And, as you mentioned, the AFK amount is also really high. I think that the automatic detection system is rather poorly coded. They could do so much more with it. Detect when someone intentionally stops near an enemy or walks into a turret and feeds kills, automatically detect slander like "lol kid" or simply determine a persons mood by the contents and frequency of their typing. And honestly, I think a great sollution would be to just kinda be a bit more open to banning people. Perhaps not permanently, and maybe, if riot is greedy, make them pay to get back into the game faster, but overall I have no problem with banning people for outright horrendous behavior. I have had games where I am called a "retarded child with brain damage" (not in quite those words) by people who themselves feed the enemy team by just walking into the turret and standing still. I have reported them but I have never had that message that says that someone I reported got banned or something. If someone is ever at that point where they are so atrocious to the other players, I think banning them is not only doing the community a service, but to them as well, seeing as they clearly need some time to just sit back and think about how they are wasting their own time.

Also, while on the subject, IP address banning is something I wouldn't rule out if I was given a say in it all... It's not pleasant and there's workarounds, but I think it would help. I'm just sad that none of what I said would ever be even considered as that would cut Riot off from a lot of potential "customers".
