I keep getting chat restrictions/bans, please help me

Yeah I just came back to the game. Started playing a long time ago, was mid D1 S3 so I used to be decent at the game. I just came back a month ago and since then I have had multiple accounts 2 week banned and one account permabanned. I am trying really hard right now on pretty much my last account before I give up, and it just got a 25 game chat restriction, which means I'm pretty close to getting this account fucked up. Back in the day you never used to get punished for being a dick. I'm not going to lie, I am a dick and will passive aggressively speak to my teammates, I am just having a hard time understanding know how this is punishable. I'm not flaming them or screaming profanities at people, etc. So I am going to paste the chat logs Riot provided me with and I would really appreciate it if people could point out where I am going wrong. I try to /mute all, sometimes it's fine, but sometimes I can't really help myself. It's also really difficult playing in extremely low elo (plat mmr roughly) and playing with these people, but I keep getting banned before I can properly climb.

In my opinion the way I speak to people in game shouldn't be punishable, like I said I know I'm a dick, but go to any other high level competitive game (CSGO for example) and go into an A rank ESEA pug or whatever, it's the internet, people talk shit. Is League trying to turn everyone into soft-skinned pussies that cry "toxic" if anyone types??

Passive aggressive comments aren't really allowed. Nor is calling people pathetic, harassing them about their play, calling them idiots, etc.

I gave them my name of my 1G account that I don't really want known and isn't relevant, so I just took it out of the chat logs.

So I obviously get that calling people pathetic and calling someone an idiot, and I'm not trying to justify what I do. Obviously I am doing something wrong, I guess more than anything I am upset that this game and community has become so anti toxicity that if some nerd is raging at me or spam pinging me I can't say anything back, even something as light as "idiot" or "pathetic" and I can actually risk losing my account which could very well be worth thousands of dollars because of that? I mean I remember the Lyte summoner 11 days, when Riot really started their crusade against toxic people, it was awesome. But they were targeting people legit trolling games on purpose, calling people harsh names, racial slurs, death threats, etc. I never go off on people preemptively, I am just a competitive person that has played high level in every game I've ever touched, I'm the kind of guy that likes trash talking, if I outplay someone hard, I'm gonna say "get fucked" or something, and if someone says something to me, I will definitely say something back. So I am in the same demographic as these nasty, loser, virgin keyboard warriors that flame people and troll games?

That's unfortunate that Riot has shaped the hivemind sheep playerbase into thinking that and removing that aspect of a competitive game and I am branded as the ".000000075% of the most toxic players".

You have that backwards. The community/player base has shaped Riot's thinking in terms of who they apply punishment to.

A competitive game does not need flaming. Period. Trash talk? Sure. Competitive BS? Sure. You don't get banned for trash talk or competitive BS in League. You get banned for harassment, flaming, or other abuse.

I mean I guess you're right, and I must be wrong and thinking the wrong way. I don't know what to do though. I have a hard time not typing and getting tilted from people. I guess I will just try to /mute all at the beginning of every game.

That's probably the best thing to do going forward if you find yourself tilted easily. There's also a way you can disable your own ability to chat if you think that won't be enough.

When you use this sort of insult to define them, yes.

But the point isn't really that -- it's that Riot has set the bar so that toxicity isn't acceptable. The sort who troll games or use hate speech may be worse, but you're looking at it backwards and assuming that only the worst behavior ends up banned.

ALL toxicity is undesirable, and Riot has committed pretty hard to banning players who don't show sufficient reform. The fact that others may be worse isn't really a reason to allow toxicity.

Based on your chat you're ego is way to huge, ur always talking about yourself and how great you are. You need to work on your ego towards players that's why u tilt I finished this season D1 and I've had silver players argue with me about things I'm very good at and won a lot of high Elo games doing, people are ego-driven idiots and those people often get banned
