I keep getting chat restrictions/bans, please help me

Yeah I just came back to the game. Started playing a long time ago, was mid D1 S3 so I used to be decent at the game. I just came back a month ago and since then I have had multiple accounts 2 week banned and one account permabanned. I am trying really hard right now on pretty much my last account before I give up, and it just got a 25 game chat restriction, which means I'm pretty close to getting this account fucked up. Back in the day you never used to get punished for being a dick. I'm not going to lie, I am a dick and will passive aggressively speak to my teammates, I am just having a hard time understanding know how this is punishable. I'm not flaming them or screaming profanities at people, etc. So I am going to paste the chat logs Riot provided me with and I would really appreciate it if people could point out where I am going wrong. I try to /mute all, sometimes it's fine, but sometimes I can't really help myself. It's also really difficult playing in extremely low elo (plat mmr roughly) and playing with these people, but I keep getting banned before I can properly climb.

In my opinion the way I speak to people in game shouldn't be punishable, like I said I know I'm a dick, but go to any other high level competitive game (CSGO for example) and go into an A rank ESEA pug or whatever, it's the internet, people talk shit. Is League trying to turn everyone into soft-skinned pussies that cry "toxic" if anyone types??
