Permanent Bans

Haven't played on this account for a very long time. Is there anyway to remove permabans or appeal to have them removed? I feel like at this juncture people create more alternative accounts than they do change their motivations and that if permabanning worked, it would've been more of an IP ban than anything. I ask this out of curiosity given I've already raised a diamond V acc elsewhere with completely changed morale. But than wouldn't that suggest I understand now that flaming is unnecessary?

No.

If you want to talk directly to Riot to try and appeal a punishment, you can always open a support ticket about it. However, Riot does not lift any behavioral punishments, including permanent bans, unless they was some form of error on Riot's end, so I'm sorry to say but doing so is very unlikely to result in anything.

Ya permabans don't work but in the end it's a punishment, and you do seem to want your old account back still, so they did take something that you wanted because you broke the rules. They can't just give em back now because you've learned your lesson. You got your punishment, and you've moved on and apparently become a more pleasant player, having learned from your experiences. That's how it works. They can't just take back punishments. You fucked games up for a lot of people, you can't take that back.
