Pre-/Post-game chat toxicity

This has been bugging me for a long while now and I'm seriously confused as to why this isn't considered to be as big of an issue as in game chat logs. Pregame and postgame chat logs can get incredibly toxic very quickly, and once someone is in game they can flip and act like a nice guy, meanwhile after the game telling someone to actually kill themselves. Why is the in game chat readable/reportable while the pre- and post game chats aren't? There's only a block option, but that doesn't help until after the game is over and the damage has been done. Not only does it lead to more tilt among the community, but it could cause just as many issues if not more than the in game chat. There isn't a mute option in pre game chat or post game, and a lot of tilt and arguments can start just in the initial pre game by one toxic person either trolling with a pick, or being verbally abusive to another player for little to no reason.

This could be expanded to even the chat logs between players. I understand that blocking is an option as I'm sure many would say, but I find it odd that people would basically give someone who is that incredibly toxic a pass by saying it's the receiver's fault for not just muting him.

My proposal would initially be the have whatever system Riot currently has that is supposed to record the in game chat log to also record the champion select lobby chat log too. Then just have a combined log of the pre- and in game chats. The post game one would probably be a little more difficult, but post- game is also much less damaging for a player's mental state as the game is already over and the toxic player wouldn't need to be played with again (unless they somehow got queue'd again).

Also the p2p chat logs could use a report option, but I feel like that function should be more strictly based around bot's or spammers. Beyond normal toxicity. Personally even I'm on the fence about this option but I feel like throwing it out there would be good for creating discussion.

He deserved it for having almost as much gold as the support, clearly he did not care about the game. The guy is right that poppy is worthless
