TIRED OF AFKS AND NOOBS AND FEEDERS

I was wondering if Riot ever thought about the possibility of a PAID SUBSCRIPTION. a monthly fee where you could be free from all the people who simply take the fun out the game. My acc is currently under suspension duo to negativeness, since after too many games in a row i couldn't hold myself and went all rage 2 games in a row. I would pay $100.00 montlhy to play the game with people who actually want to win, not simply feed because they got autofilled or had their champion banned.
