Is there any riot member I can talk to directly about a player scripting?
I really just want to make sure this player receives justice for scripting I feel so cheated out.

You can report this directly to Riot through a Support Ticket. A Player Behavior Specialist will look into it, though they won't be able to tell you the results of the investigation. There is no "report a player" category, so just put it under the General Questions section.
