Unnecessarily banned

So i just finished a game on nunu jungle. The ADC was afk for around 20 minutes, so velkoz was alone bot. I was ganking bot and all other lanes. I did very well actually, and picked up a lot of kills and we were really doing great. But Then Vel starts to throw a tantrum because hes getting exploited by their jungler and mid laner (obv its a 4v5). He then proceeds to curse me out and starts flaming on everyone and telling everyone to report us. . Then the ADC returns, and starts flaming too, AT ME. In all caps straight up yelling like a child. I tried to get the other players to side with me to report them both, and they did ,even the other team and a ban was issued. Yet right after I got banned myself. I'm at a loss. I did nothing wrong except stay cool, and tried to get their toxicity reported. Below is the chat.

I really think Riots system for banning players is absolutely backwards and I don't understand it at all.

It's because literally... Anything and EVERYTHING you say can and WILL Be taken out of content... If it can somewhat be taken as offensive or "flaming" then riot will redeem that as reportable too, sadly. Telling someone that you're going to report them is also sadly reportable on yourself =\ same as calling him/her a child/baby and telling them to uninstall.

I'm not against nor with you on this one because I've been PERM banned already like.. Probably over 9 times on different accounts (Haha Tyler1 for me xD) so I know a lot on what is reportable or "offensive". But most importantly, it's also (I'm sure) the parts where you're being very passive aggressive. I hate people like Velkoz (From what you've so far explained) but as I've been told.. Riot doesn't care who started or ended it. It's all about who retaliated and so forth stupidly. Their logic for their reports/bans are really stupid but hey, it's their sorry game. They make the rules and has the last say always. T_T

Your best try from here on out is to just instantly mute someone tilting/toxic/flaming etc. and focus yourself on playing. (Which is hard usually for me if someone is trolling) Always remember though, asking for reports on someone is a dumb reportable offense on yourself too. Gl.

Riot's System isn't backward. The main source of every problem with every banned player is that they have not read the Term of Use in Section 5 Code of Conduct. Banned players either don't care bout how they can keep their account or disregard Riot's Service rules. Because like a Contract, you signed that you would follow the Summoner's Code, but then blame Riot for you not reading it or not upholding your end of responsibility.

It's not the system's fault. It's the people who don't read the terms or disregard the terms we all agreed to.
