LeaveBuster because loading screen crashed/ Black screen freeze.

So today I was playing a normal game of league as always but what happened is that league crashed in black screen for several minutes and I cant possibly do anything but to turn of my pc and reset. Now, I have to wait 20 min just to get into queue for 5 matches. I don't want to wait that long for a game. Is there anyway this can be helped. I did not intentionally leave the game. This happened once before but I was really patient at the time and i was happy once it passed by. Now, it returns to haunt me. Please, is there a way to remove leavebuster D: I really dont wanna wait that long but if thats the only choice I got then um...i can wait ;-;
