How long does Leaverbuster take to reset
After 5 times laving or more I readed ou will have to wait 20 minutes. How long does it take till it start from begining, that u only get a warning when you leave?

Just don't leave games.
Riot intentionally keeps the numbers vague to discourage line walking. They don't want people thinking out 'I've played X games without leaving, so that means I can leave Y games without getting punished.'
the client will tell you "your account is now in good standing after your afk" or something along that nature and the max is 20 mins for 5 games. if you leave 1 game every 10 or so you should be fine its when its excessive is when there is a red flag thrown out.
