Account Perma Banned For Nothing

So i came back from a vacation after 3 months to play this game. I played a game and then logged off. After game i got an email saying my account was suspended but it didn't tell the reason so i logged in to check and to my surprise i was banned . In the last game i played, i didn't feed, nor int, nor flame, nor afk. Why did i get banned ? I even carried the team and we won the game. So i wrote a ticket to riot support and as usual there was no response for 1 day so i logged in to check ticket status and it said solved ??? I didn't get a reply and they placed it under '' solved '' . Last night i wrote a ticket again and right now i didn't get a reply and it is again placed under solved category ? The ticket id are 29657546 & 29640899 . OK Riot i come back to play your game and this is how you welcome me ? Perma Banning me ? I have done** NOTHING WRONG AT ALL **.At least tell me what you think i did and how come your support places my tickets under solved category when i didn't even get a reply from your '' bots '' ? All they have to do is copy and paste but you can't even do that now? I want my justice. Kayle

Well, you shouldn't send in multiple tickets. That will only bump you back further in the queue. You just have to wait for the response which will come but it takes some time since they handle a lot of requests.

Also, what date is shown for the ban? Sometimes the date is a good indicator of what the ban is for.

It may be for something as simple as a chargeback which would be easy to fix. Did the email have any more information for you? Typically it says the reason for your ban.

I sent a support ticket in about 2 weeks ago, still no reply. Yeah, it's kinda ass, but what can you do.
