League False Que Timers

I have received a 5 game 20 minutes Que restriction on my account for nothing that was in my control. I was trying to connect to a game while playing thresh support but the client kept sending me errors and crash reports while trying to connect to the game.(I run league at a solid 30-40 fps and 30 ping, not the best, but there should not be a problem while connecting.) After trying to connect to the game for about 3 minutes I got a message telling me that this game was no longer in progress and I am free to play a different one. This usually means that I would not receive a timer because it was the clients error and not mine. I've had this problem before about a month ago and after not receiving a timer and no restrictions, I repaired the client and never faced the same problem again, until now. I do not have much time to play league of legends for a long time so I was wondering if you could help me with removal of the que timer. I would normally just send the crash report and finish the que, but I don't have time to finish 1 hr or 20 min ques for something I did not do (I did not AFK). Does this happen to anyone else? Or is it just me.
