Unfairness in the game

This is a chat log in my last game. Our top which is Mordekaiser, said i am a new player (in fact i had played this game for 5 years and i spend 2 years in other server like Eu and Jp and CN)and i had a bad pick because i pick yi against malphite(i know it is a bit bad). But i got the first blood and helped our jungle to kill the enemy jungle. Then i started to lose exp becasue i helped the jungle multiple times, and malphite counters yi so i died or killed him several times. My kills and Death stayed the same not until the 25th minutes i guess. I thought we can win this easily if we fought and mordekaisa just use his ultimate on malphite so we can finish the rest of his teammates, eventually there is only once that mordekaiser used ult on him and it is even after malphite ulted our bottom. I became mad and said several aggressive sentences to the top, but he kept saying someone had a bad build or bad pick, and i was annoyed of that. Literally mordekaiser had helped us rarely in the late game. I felt unfair that just because what i said, i get a 10 game chat restrict and the mordekaiser gets no punishment based on what he said that ruins the mentality of some of my teammates. I talked him quite politely but he kepted talking like a coach and directiong me and my teammates when he had no contributions to the team. He said that dont get caught when we died because we were trying to stop the enemy team to get the baron and 2 people did not follow us. I hope that this game can make fair judges and I also hope that they were able to see the chat logs in the picking section.
