15 day ban on first offense for one game?

Me and a teammate flamed each other excessively during the game. He was mad, I was mad, I got reported and it followed up apparently. I didn't intentionally feed, (although I did have a bad game), I obviously admit I was an asshole, but why is my first offense a 15 day suspension when it's not even a listed punishment here; https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207489286-Instant-Feedback-System-FAQ- and my behavior issue was solely a chat issue?

I don't know what's going on with the 15 day bans,, but as stated in that article you linked, it is entirely possible to skip the chat restrictions if your behavior is severe enough. For chat related issues, this includes stuff racial/homophobic slurs, excessively sexual comments, and death threats/encouraging suicide, though it's not limited to just that.
