I got a permanent ban on my account over a year ago

Hello fellow summoners,

I got a permanent ban on my account over a year ago, furthermore I took those charges to myself personally after having many talks between myself and league of legends support every now and then. So i created a new account on euw to prove to the league community that i am no longer performing any negative behavior towards others, and achieving a level 5 honor on the new account. Therefore I just wanted to ask if there was any chance of me getting my account back on eune because I had a lot of purchases done there and would not like my account to go to dust.

I am open to negotiate with anyone,

If you could please let me know what I can do regarding this case.

Although if you see me commenting in an aggressive way please do not take me as that kind of person it is just the way i talk which is too serious.

Ive watched a couple of videos on youtube, and many after being toxic managed to get their accounts back.

No one, who was correctly permabanned (note: that is 99.99% of cases), has ever gotten their account unbanned.

The guy in the video got unbanned because Riot saw it as an incorrect ban because he didn't deserve it. If you already contacted support and they told you no, it's because Riot correctly banned you. As in you deserved it.

If you didn't contact support, you are of course free to do so. But don't get your hopes up because as I said: 99.99% of permabans are correctly applied.

Well then thats pretty much all i can do but its kind of unfair as the permanent ban is really strict. should be in this order

  • 5 chat bans
  • 10 chat bans
  • 25 chat bans
  • 2 week chat ban (14 days)
  • 1 month ban
  • 2 month ban and etc.

if the guys dont learn from the 1 month ban, then they will just keep waiting each month gets longer and longer which should be the way to do it.

That's the... problem. Every ban in between there is another 1-3 or even more games ruined for other players.

I could say the same thing about the current system - players who don't learn from their 14 day ban and chat restrictions will just keep waiting then come back and ruin more games - unless they are shown the door with a permanent ban.

  • 1 month ban
  • 2 month ban and etc. and if they keep doing it, then it will be the summoner wasting his time, for me i dont mind anything, but i am just being realistic for myself and others. Its a much fair deal than the perma ban, because perma is perma meanwhile those suspensions are lessons for the summoners if it keeps occurring let it be they get to wait an addition of 2 months.

Because after that 1 month ban, they'll come back and ruin at least one, and likely more games before getting 2 month ban.

Etc. etc. until they're permanently banned.

Riot has tried more punishments in the past. There was virtually no reform in between a 14 day ban and the permanent ban - regardless of how many steps it took to get there. Players who come back after a 14 day ban and do not reform, statistically have a very low (well less than 5%) chance of reforming. And it's not worth all the lost, ruined, and abusive games that would happen just for the rare one or two players who may reform.

Yea i understand, but as i stated below nobody is an angel, we all have bad games, and nobody can control their temper no matter how hard you hold it. It eventually comes out not knowing how it happened or escalated to that level, plus 1 and 2 months and x months on wards are a lot of time i do not insist a 14 day suspension is enough time to teach the person his lesson, because close an eye open an eye thats 14 days gone. Time starts to fly now, but not in months when you dont have a back up account or anything to do, which is enough room to learn your mistake, Although not everyone is always winning games, eventually you will lose no matter how many winning streaks you had, which is why the month suspensions will be a good time to reform someone.

To be completely honest with you, I know multiple people who've been playing since before season 1 and have never even gotten a chat restriction.

It is not in human nature to make others feel like shit. It is in human nature to get frustrated, but it is lack of self control that causes people to flame.

You're making claims but you provide no evidence for them - as I've said, Riot has tried longer punishments before, and they did not work. You can't just say that they will suddenly work where they didn't before.

It will just be one game though, you cannot be an angel in any game and you guys know it, no matter how hard you try it eventually comes out not even knowing it did, thats why i stated the suspensions above to be a realistic timer especially for those who invested a lot of time in the game.

There needs to be an end. It needs a permanent ban because there MUST be a punishment to fear. Permanent bans give people a reason to stay pleasant. Fear of losing everything is a powerful motivator.

Obviously not if it happens so often. I don't think they should take perma bans out but it's way to strict on what you can get banned for and way to strict on what happens for what, except racial slurs.

Posting your personal email addresses in a public forum isn't a good thing to do. I suggest deleting them.

As to the central point of your post, no. They will not return an account if it was not banned in error.

But its kind of rude at the same time, like there has to be some time phrase for this, they cant just do that and i suggested make after a 2 week ban, a month ban, after than 2 months and onward if they dont learn from that then it will exceed to one year you get what im saying?

Dude, i have seen multiple youtube videos, and riot games support was telling them we will see what we can do and then they send another attachment message saying your account is unbanned and will be returned after a 2 week suspension, but in this matter another in client negative behavior will cause your account to be deleted. thats what they said watch the video if you dont mind.

Fake.

That never happens, outside of it being in error. They have specifically confirmed it, and confirm it every time some brat whines about being permed where they can see it. Plus zero reports of it ever actually happening.

There is no rational reason to give trash endless free chances, it just removes any reason for them to change their behavior.

Yes because you're arguing a different question. He said no-one has had an ACCOUNT unbanned. T1 did not get an account unbanned. OP will not get his account unbanned.

T1 got his ID ban overturned. If OP had an ID ban (which he doesn't) then maybe he would have a shot at getting that overturned.

Tyler1 never got unbanned. In fact the got permed on well over a dozen accounts that all remain banned.

And he will be permed again in a few months at the current rate.

Trash never changes, the only solution is removing it.

Lmfao he's not toxic and riot can't afford to ban him a second time. He's got way too many fanboys jumping on the train if he can't play league then it will lose a large player base and will die I guarantee it. Regardless HE still got unbanned in general regardless of whether it was an account or his ID. He was completely unable to play and now he can. And an ID ban being lifted is harder than an account ban lift so I'm sure someone has had their account unbanned.

Uh.. Yeah, he is. He is one of the most toxic streamers and the only he reason he was not permed earlier was popularity. He is the only person who has ever earned a personal permanent ban instead of an account ban - normally anyone has the right to start over.

TL;DR he is worthless scum, and his behavior is going right back to normal. He will be permed, and riot wont give a shit what his impotant followers cry about, because they are also worthless scum.

What sort of correlation is that? He is popular with the trash that likes watching a 'celebrity' behave the way they do and validate their behavior. Kind of like a certain leader and his following, but i wont go there..

In the end he is nobody, riot wont hesitate to ban him again and wont miss the few of his fanboys that actually leave for more than a week. That sort never makes good on their threats if it requires any actual effort.

When his "ban protestors" got banned by the dozen every day for trying to emulate him, riot gave zero fucks.

  3. I never got 1 person in any of my games the entire time T1 was banned, that ran down mid saying "free T1", so idk where you're getting that from.
  4. He doesn't "spew hate and obscenity", he just has a different view on things that just happens to be wrong under the views of riot. It's not like he's spewing racial slurs and calling every single person but him dumb.
  5. He's confident in his own playstyle and doesn't like the way others play, which is exactly why people like him.

And i completely agree with all of what you said dude, the perm bans are way too heavy. Also, if the people are completely annoyed by another one flaming, it takes 5 seconds TAB and Mute! thats it they dont need to be spoiled brats and go complain of a person having a bad game cause of them, because in this case 95% of the people that got perma is because of the people on the team who ruin the gamers game, which in this senario is why i got permanent ban.

Dude regardless fanboys or not, we are here discussing the fact that perma ban in some cases, are way too heavy uplifting, comming from a person like me, they have seen me change and progress on several accounts, that should be enough proof to them that i have learnt their message and should get a one shot final chance, on my real account, and if i mess up then, then they have all the rights to completely delete my account, you have got to agree with this statement dude.

If you deserved the ban (and you most likely did), then it's staying.

Riot doesn't unban people.

That's great. And you can keep playing on it. You don't have a punishment reversed because of what you do after it happened. And you shouldn't need a reward for playing like you are supposed to play.

But i dont really like the account im playing on because i dont have what i used to have on my personal account and im not really enjoying my time on that account because to be honest i miss my old account, because i used to stream and do everything on that account so it throws memories back, which is why i want it but if i cant get it back then thats pretty much everything to be said to it.

There have been cases in which someone has been permanently banned due to an error. It would be harder to return the account to playable form if the data was deleted (backups would be needed at the very least).
