Toxic Players In Ranked

Hi, this is my first post and something that is really irritating me is toxic players. I can live with it in a normal game but in ranked it is something else. The recent 4 games i have played and lost have all contained flaming, toxic, cursing players who drag the team down. This leads to the rest of the team falling and eventually a red defeat on my screen. These players complain about the jungler and the other lanes without focusing on their lane and actually playing. Then they die and blame it on other people who then start to retaliate and eventually everyone is raging at each other and asking to report another team mate ( few exceptions to the good Samaritans who try to stop it). I think it is stupid that because one person cannot cooperate with their team that the rest of the team who are actually trying have to be let down because one person doesn't want to play ball.
