Toxic Players

Dear RIOT Games,

I think you need to do something with those "toxic" players.By saying this i mean that there are some players who flame or blade their teammates for no reasons.Don't you believe that it's time to take this factor into consideration?For example,those players don't need to get only 5 or 10 games restriction chat ban BUT 15-30 days ban or perma ban.

I have made this request only to inform you about this problem which should somehow been improved.
