13 day ban from one game, Can it be removed?

I would like to know if my suspension can be removed. I had played a game today and got banned right after it I had received zero warning of being reported. I just am very upset because I had acted out because I was mad because had another toxic team who just feed and talk trash to their team. And i acted out through annoyance of bad and toxic players. I am sorry for what I had said in this game but I do not find it very comforting to just get a 13 day ban from one game and having not been warned for any reports. This is not a very good way to deal with people in this community as anyone in this can be seen as "toxic" from different perspectives, and I am not a toxic person as I try to be nice to everyone and win the game as thats all i strive to do. I just please ask that I can get some REAL feedback and get informed on if I am able to get this suspension removed. Personally, I am just very irritated from the very little information I have receive prior to this suspension as I have never been suspended once in this game. All Im trying to say is that I think I am not worthy of this suspension as your "tribunal system" may think. Yes, evidence is the key element to creating your banning system but let me lay this knowledge on you. The reason why people are flaming in this game is because of bad players who constantly ruin games. If you guys want to improve attitude you must improve players from not making people so "tilted" as the community calls it. This term tilted is gathered from the games people waste from players dieing and losing their team the game, if you were too make a video or provide some way of teaching people how to play league of legends then this community wouldn't be so toxic.

Toxic players do not ruin this community, the mute button is in the game for a reason to ignore that toxicity, if people are toxic then mute them. But dont ban someone for being upset or lashing out because they, themselves are on TILT, players who dont want to listen to toxic players will mute them if no one can read a toxic persons text then his talking is creating ZERO conflict or problems.

Retaliation is not an acceptable reason to get toxic. There's actually no accepted reason. All you are doing is making a bad problem worse by adding to it. If you can't spin what you want to say in a positive or at least neutral manner, don't say it. If you refuse to change your behavior because how you feel the system should work then you're going to get a permaban, because Riot isn't going to change the system for a handful of people that don't agree with it.

If you aren't aware, there are 4 tiers of punishment;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

As I already mentioned, a permaban is next if you continue your behavior. It takes 3 months of not getting punished for your tier to drop 1 step, and you're going to be on thin ice coming off this one so I'd suggest treading carefully. Riot will not remove any punishment that was not done in error.
