Hi,

I am a gold 5 players so you can say I'm still a noob in some eyes but beast on others. Let me ask you a question how many times are u tired of LEGIT TROLLING. Not the dude sucks and cant play his champion but walking into mid lane and just giving free kills or walking right next to you for the whole game and not playing. Now i propose league starts overwatch like in Counter Strike Global Offensive. If your not familiar with Overwatch, its basically a VOD of when someone gets reported. I think it works like 5 min before and after they get reported or something like that. After watching the VOD you as a community member can decide if they are doing something wrong. At the end of the video you are able to conclude him as guilty or not guilty for various reports such as griefing, cheating. But since you "cant" cheat in league options such as unsportsmanlike conduct, hate speech, leaving the game/afk , and the other usually reports should be available. Having chat in the VOD will be helpful to make correct predictions.

Now I know what your thinking that a lot of power int he community, what if some bronze player overwatches a diamonds and get him banned that would suck right? Ive got a solution for that, I think that only diamond and higher should be available for overwatch. That way we have some of the higher skilled players who make a decision. I bet streamers would love the idea cause it gives them a short break and maybe even a funny time watching the person. Now just because the diamond player thought he was guilty doesn't mean it should be an auto ban, riot you would still need to look at these report seriously but you would have reports that are more accurate. Now this is just me in my thoughts on how to improve the game. Lets get this read by RIOT and LETS INCREASE OUR ELO TODAY (without trolls).

Comment on it, if you have an questions/ concerns and ill try to answer.

part of the reason they took down the tribunal is that many will vote to punish no matter what. people love to see others get banned and the less they deserve it, the more funny it is.

There are several problems with this.

  1. LOL matches are much longer than CSGO matches, that's a lot of data that Riot would have to store. Not only that, that's a lot of footage to watch.
  2. You would have to watch almost the entire match to determine if someone is trolling. It would be really easy to edit to make it look like someone was trolling, when in reality, they weren't.
  3. There is no clear definition of "trolling" and that means that's up for interpretation for every judge.
  4. The number of players in Diamond are less than 2%, that's not a lot of people to watch hundreds of hours of footage to watch.
  5. Riot has tried this with the old Tribunal, and there was a massive backlog for that. I foresee the same problem with this sort of system.
