Told me he hopes my brother gets cancer and how he is glad my uncle has cancer.

I was recently playing a game and I was doing fairly decent with her. Then my brother walks in and I start talking to him for a second and almost take the jg's camp on accident and apologized. After I told him I was sorry and how I was talking to my brother he said he hopes my brother gets cancer and so I proceeded to tell him that my uncle has cancer and then he says good.... it was the rengar and mordikaiser this game. There has to be a way that they get banned. I can post picture of chat but I do not know how to on here.
