You would think after years of league we would have weeded out the majority of all feeders and general trolls but how is it possible that peoples wake up every day and feed just to ruin other peoples days i have friends who quit this game because of how toxic the community has become come on riot pay attention to your reports when someone is 0/11 in a 20 min game doesn't that tell you something?
because riot doesnt care about trolling at all. they just act like theyre trying to "reduce toxicity" by instead allowing flamebaiters to run rampant and then ban anyone who says something back to them

Going 0:11 is not against rules.
One thing is they're too lenient with punishments, thinking feedings have the potential to turn into behaving players. The issue they're not considering is how much damage they would inflict upon other normal players before they may behave.
The other thing is that this season has too many frustrating features that can easily cause ppl who were close to grey areas to instantly turn into trolls that feed since they no longer find this game entertaining otherwise.
