low level toxicity

I think it's a bit of a problem if over half the people in these games low level(less than lvl10) are extremely toxic about things such as a player feeding or someone duo laning in blind, especially cause some of these people are new. And then when they are told to relax or whatever even if its not in a rude way theyll type in all chat "report x for being toxic" this isn't a good environment at all for new players i think, and even if its a lobby full of smurfs why are people so incredibly pissy about a lvl 10 blind pick game? idk just thoughts but this is everywhere, nearly every game i've had so far on this account has had teammates who get incredibly upset at other teammates, and it's kind of annoying.
