If I ever get permanently banned, which I pray to God I won't. Will it be possible to transfer skins to my new account because i spent 700 €+ on my account. And it won't be fair to blow up that much money for nothing.

No. If your account is banned, you will not be getting a refund, nor is there any ability to transfer accounts
that's quite an incentive not to get banned
Why wont it be fair? You basicly broke your toy by not using it like written in the instructions.
