I'd love to report my team for trolling but I've never been more convinced I'm wasting my time.

Especially sending in a ticket to explain. Thresh misses 6/7 hooks but walks in to melee range or flay regardless. I support him in his stupid endeavors to the best of my ability before backing off after he dies and it is apparent I cannot 1v2 to secure a kill(s). He spams me each time, flaming about his useless adc. Mid lane evelynn with smite backs him up each time this game, making it apparent they are duo. He then says "fine, guess I'll run it down" but instead starts actively fucking up my cs by throwing all his abilities at minions. Evelynn begins bitching out the kayn about 0 ganks. 23 lost cs in I give up trying to make this work and go help kayn clear a bit so he'll consider ganking. He does, but dies. Eve flames more. Kayn now comes out with why he hasn't been ganking, saying "kayn is a farm jg moron. He doesn't gank." This is obviously the opposite of true. This is in fact so opposite that you could not find evidence to support this claim if you tried. It says right there in his passive he needs to do damage to champions in order to build up towards a transformation. Giving up on no ganks kayn and realizing this game is over with the 3 trolls in front of me, I go top to defend from irelia since singed has gone bottom. I get a kill there thanks to a dive on her part. After farming a bit, I back and realize at this moment that singed's build is all dark seals. I point this out and get flamed for not knowing something so obvious as this being '**the ** meta singed build.' Enemy pushes base down with ease at 15 min. and team is convinced 1-2 other people are at fault. Thresh thinks it's I and kayn. Eve thinks it's jg and top. Kayn thinks it's eve and thresh. Singed thinks it's thresh and I. Despite all that nonsene, riot probably wouldn't punish any of them because they didn't flame and/or feed as much as one could have . They can feign ignorance for the singed build too. What a splendid community and what a splendid company that fosters it.

It may have helped if you followed him in. He was obviously trying to make plays, and as a support the most frustrating thing is when you miss a hook, go in land everything else, and your ADC sees the missed hook so doesn't go in.

Missing hooks is not trolling.

Multi dark seal Singed is not currently trolling.

Smite mid is not trolling.

Not understanding a champion is not trolling.

You are welcome to report, but since this game was probably played on a different account and thus we can't look at public stats. If you don't report then the game isn't reviewed. Support ticket report won't inform you if they were punished or not.
