Is this ban worthy?

Hi guys,

I just received my first ban from a normal game I played. I was playing Xerath support, and I am a very inexperienced support player. I was lagging during the game and for some reason, my auto attack was on and I accidentally kept auto attacking the minions, and took some of our ADC Tristana's farm early game. Also, while harassing the enemy, my skillshots also hit the minions killing it and I took the minions that I knew she was surely going to miss. I understand that taking a CS as a support is bad since it puts the ADC behind but it was not intentional at all. She was extremely mad at me for taking her farm, flaming me, and soon she AFK'ed for a very long time under tower doing nothing because I was "trolling" and messing up the game. I know I shouldn't have said stuff like "cuz ur not doing shit" and "ur dumb", but is it really that big to get banned for and lose the free rewards and my Honor level? But again, punishment is punishment and I will take the ban if Riot deemed it necessary but I want to hear the community's opinion on if I was worthy being banned over this and how I can improve in the future to avoid incidents like these.

it is "the next step in your punishement ladder" worthy. if you never had any punishements its 10 games CR worthy. if you had the 10 CR it would be 25 CR worthy. if you had the 25 alrdy, it would be 14 day ban worthy. and if oyu had the 14 day ban, its permaban worthy.

you called your teammate kid several times

IMO this shouldn't cause a punishment tier raise but atleast a flag, you were flagged by something else and this triggered punishment or riot got/is stricter then i remember

edit: this is under the assumption you have had 0 chat restrictions
