"DO ask about any questions you have about how the Player Behavior systems work" Do they even work?

Not trying to exaggerate, but the amount of toxicity in this game is still unmatched by anything i've ever seen before and i feel like Riot is just not harsh enough with toxic people. I've never ever seen any feedback on my reports. And i really only report if someone is really toxic and blaming stuff on me or teammates that we obviously didn't have any control over. Like Top hard pushing into enemy tower and then flaming that they don't get ganks from me but only from the enemy jungler is just ridiculous. I can understand that the game can be frustrating sometimes, there is really no point in harrassing teammates, even if they made a mistake.

While i don't have the answer to the problem i'd still prefer if Riot would be a little bit harsher with toxic players and take reports more seriously.
