I got banned and i dont know why, nor can i find out why because i cannot access my email acct

I got banned and cant find out why. I have to have a verified email account, however in order to verify the account i need to be able to access it. i cannot access the email account because i havent used it in years and i dont remember the password and the email site will not let me login to the accoutn using this PC. Rito pls help me.
