I've been banned for using 3rd party programs but I never had any downloaded. I rarely play , I haven't tried to log in since my last game on oct 12. I was banned oct 13. Any ideas? The only programs I have on my computer that probably could've interfered with LoL are fraps or razor game cortex and disord but those are not allowed?
So you were banned on oct 13th, why the delay to trying to correct this?
Send in a support ticket and ask them
Try a support ticket, but they're usually pretty adamant with these bans. If you're sharing your account with or getting boosted by somebody with scripts, or if you "just tested" something, or if you scripted months ago but have since removed them... you're in violation and are screwed.
I can't see specific games in your op.gg page due to several weeks passing, but with a recent surge of an 86% win rate as Kalista in Bronze, I'm suspicious that you were having somebody boost you.
