How to report a toxic player

Apparently shaming is frowned upon. Anywhos, im looking to report in game with pictures. how does one go about opening a ticket in game to begin the process of taking out a troll in a ranked game?

There's no point. It doesn't do anything. Allow me to give you the copy and pasted answer everyone gets:

dont because riot doesn't care nor will they offer you any advice

ive seen my friends tickets asking for clarification hes not a likable guy but a very capable guy

they will do two things beat around the bush or if you suck their dick listen
