Every game someone just trolls.

I play league whenever I get a chance normally one or two games a day! Almost every game someone is trolling or just being super toxic and it just makes playing the game so much worse. Is reporting anyone worth it?

Are they ACTUALLY trolling, or are they doing poorly at the start, then people start flaming then and then they say "fuck it, I'm trolling."?

No they pick something really troll and just complain and then are toxic. Like I understand normal's aren't a huge deal to people but I dislike playing ranked because of the toxicity and normal's used to be fun but now it's just flame and trolls.

Wait- for it to be considered trolling, someone has to declare it in chat? Is this the guideline for reporting? That seems like it woul dgive the potential trolls the upper hand- just avoid explicitly stating their intent to troll in chat, and they'll get off, scot-free!

No, but what most people say is "trolling" is someone having a bad game, getting flamed, and saying fuck it, I will troll.

Problem is people see "trolling" everything they disagree with. Some tools ( dont wanna use any other word to describe them) even invented "trollpick" rule. Even tho you can pick anything to any lane, and its not trolling. There are only few forms of real trolling, and they are rare:

-Running to enemy turret for no reason but to die(diving doesnt count,hello...) -Telling your enemies in your chat where your teammates are or telling them any of your teams strategies at that moment ("Hey guys my team is planning to send support to bait u at drake while they take baron" or "WATCH OUT GUYS UDYR IS IN YOUR JUNGLE HE WILL BACKDOOR) -Using champ abilities with sole purpose to mess up your teammates (Tahm Kench eating ally and then throwing him at enemy turret, Bard using ulti on ally Nunu while channeling ulti)

Some more similar stuff but these things are not trolling:

-Not buying sightstone on support -Not ganking as jungler -Splitpushing while your team engages in 4v5 fight -Picking any champion to any role -CSing as support -Kill stealing or kill securing as support -Not building tank on top laner (Yes believe it or not, you are perfectly allowed to build full AD Mundo, or full AP Naut/Maokai top) -General building strange things like AP Varus, AD Sona, on hit Lulu... -Afking (Afking is not trolling) -Roaming as support, leaving your adc to tend for himself -Missing smite -Having 0:15 in 15 mins because opponent is better

None of these things are trolling, yet tools see them as trolling, they report them and expect punishment.

It's like when they had permanent chat restrictions, once you got one you just trolled the game with bad play. Ever since the hextech patch came out you can't flame at all so everyone has just started bad play trolling like back in the day.
