ye.. ok I got upset about this.. who wouldnt?

I know you must get this all the time.. but seriously riots automated system really screwed me this time.. after the last 14 day i took a break and came back started uploading to youtube and have honestly changed my attitude completely.. this is one example i had because i was overly salty about our botlane jhin player who wouldnt stop pinging me since 10 minutes in the game. yes i was a little toxic but i wasnt being destructive towards the team anymore than the jhin was driving me out of my mind by pinging me non stop. this is ridiculous. I had some serious problems in the past with this game and my mind set but I dont deserve this. ive played this game for so many years and i know I had 1 last chance which I havent even had an outburst in a game since then!! i was dealing with serious mental things and it wasnt right to play league with other players like that and end up affecting them with my toxicity but I havent done anything to deserve this.. it sees keywords and since my account is marked as toxic by riots system i get perma banned. without even explaining what happened in the game. the chat logs even have him spamming "look at the pings" non stop pings i couldnt even think straight on the game but I cant afk then get reported cause im on my last strike.. please Riot.. how is this anywhere near fair.. this game is a huge part of my life! even more now that im making videos, can someone please look at my case and give me something about it. this isnt right....

I couldnt stay calm in this situation I dont have the right mind set of the other 99.994 percent I guess but really this is outrageous. I dont deserve another chance but if you could see my progress from where I was in my life back when I did actually flame then. thats when I should have got perma banned, but no for reacting to a griefing teammate who wont stop pinging me for most of the game?? ye its just 1 loss I get it. I only had about 30 games this season so far and ive been climbing steadily on my way back to diamond. and where is his ban? does the system not notice if you ping 2000 times in a game??? someone has got to be able to help me out here :(

please be aware in the chat log that a good part of it is in all chat with the sarcastic remarks. i did attack him personally a few times that im not proud. maybe im just not in the state of mind for this game.. i dont know
