I read the FAQ of the hextech and it says "or now, you can re-roll shards to guarantee a piece of content you don't own" in https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207884233-Hextech-Crafting-Guide
But when i use the reroll they give me some skin i already owned.
What's happend there?
Are you talking about opening the chest, or combining 3 shards to get a permanent skin? Opening hextech chest gets you any shard you own or not. If you combine 3 it should also be a new skin you don't own. If it gives you skins you already own then you probably own all available and legacy skins. The only skins you cannot get through hextech is limited edition skins. So those are the PAX, Victorious, (old) championship Riven, Riot Singed,and Urf Warwick. Might have missed a few.
