Tired of this

Now let me start off by saying I am not the greatest and far from being a great player when it comes to being sportsman like but I am getting pretty tired of some things. During my last match I had dealt with a Blitzcrank that seemed broken and its code was bad(nice way of saying the blitz player was not great at all) this resulted in the player being toxic towards our adc and then going afk for the rest of the game leaving at level 4. This case of AFK was kinda more meaningful due to my team being able to hold on long enough and win team fights and if the player had just stayed we could have won. This resulted in us losing the match and yet again going back down on the LP scale. I understand there is a lot that goes into this but I think there should be a little help with people who do this especially at lower levels. an Idea would be if a player leaves the match before a certain time or level and does not return to the match for said time the remaining team members would get a lessened penalty for losing the match. I understand that people could leave if they feel they would lose the match hence why I gave the idea of a certain time a player leaves such as (10min in where it is hard to tell if a game is over or not and if 1 player would make the difference) I know there is a lot more to it but its an idea that came to mind. the player who leaves of course would get usual punishments such as leaver buster and loss of LP.
