First off, let's make a distinction:

You say these things as if people who get their asses beat and people who troll are one in the same. They aren't.
However, ironic as it is, you have to deal with them in very similar fashion. In other words: Don't flame them.
If they're getting beaten, flaming them won't make them magically pull a super-hard turnaround and 1v5 the enemy team and carry you. It'll just make them play worse, because the match has gone from 5v5 to - for them - 1v6. Don't be the asshole who flames your teammates when they're doing poorly.
If they're trolling...Flaming them won't magically make them realize "wow, I'm being such an asshole, maybe I should stop and actually play the game, just to be considerate to my fellow teammates. Gosh, I really gotta thank this random person I was trolling for giving me that eye-opening 'ur trash, uninstall' that helped me turn my life around."
They're fucking trolls. They want you to be pissed off and flame them. You flaming them is you feeding the trolls.

Whether or not you got a headache from a given match doesn't matter. You still flamed. The rules specifically state that you're not allowed to flame.

If you flamed, human review would come back with exactly the same results. If you really want a peer review, feel free to post your chat logs for the community to provide their input.

Riot doesn't up and permaban someone without them already having a history of prior punishment - with some rare exceptions, like botting, other cheats, etc. - so you obviously had some form of punishment beforehand. 14-day ban? 25-game Chat Restriction? 10-game Chat Restriction?
You've had warnings. Your ignoring them doesn't make them not exist.

Of course it's not fair to you - you expected to be able to break the rules without consequence. Now there's consequences, and you don't like them.

Perma-mutes don't work. Riot used to issue effectively infinite-scaling chat restrictions, and most people under longer chat restrictions just started trolling.
They then decided on the punishment ladder we have now - 10-game chat restriction > 25-game chat restriction > 14-day ban > permaban.
Unless you're the kind of person who uses hate speech, you had three warnings. You ignored all of them, and Riot no longer sees potential in you to reform.
If you can't be bothered to play by the rules, Riot can't be bothered to have you playing at all.
