How long to unlock honor?

Hey I recently got a chat restriction and had my honor locked at level 1. I just wanted to know about how long does it usually take for the honor rewards to unlock again? I've been playing for around a week and a half since my restriction ended.

There is no known time. You just have to keep playing, it's gonna be different for all players.

Does getting honors and stuff unlock it faster like with leveling?
