i just dodged a ranked game because someone trolled because ''i did not ban yasuo''. i have proof. can i report him ?

On EU boards u wrote that u played and he trolled. Now u say u dodged. Whats truth?
Yes you can. Report them and submit a ticket with the screenshots.
This is a textbook league hit job. Sit in champ and cry about some champ, it doesn't matter who it is, for instance...
...in Bronze in Silver, you can whine about some champ that was OP like 2 years ago, and nobody at all will think it preposterous.
What you don't see is that this person is either friends with, in the same room as, or just another account of.....one of the players on the enemy team. Then they proceed to the game. You might notice the enemy 'disappearing' from the map for long perods of time, during which the said trolls check their other accounts/bots to see how they are doing, and all of your positions on the map.
Then you might see all sorts of complaints in baby-talk:
"y u not ban fiddlesticks?!?!!?!"
Followed by the miraculous return of the enemy team from wheerever it was they went......
...now of course, you're free to report, but whether Riot will giggle or actually do something concrete is another issue. Check back next season, when the bot accounts have been sold to some sucker online, to see if your report had any effect.
