Deme Lovato here - covering for Gunny.

Whether or not you were intentionally feeding or weren't overt, you were consistently and continuously creating a negative impact on other players in the game which is something that we cannot dismiss.

We've also given your account multiple warnings to improve its behavior via seven chat restrictions and a two week suspension which is more punishments then the average player.

Seeing as negativity continued despite these warnings, appropriate action took place on your account.

I'm sorry to say, but as Gunny stated, we will not be lifting the suspension under any circumstances.

While I can't help with the account further, if you have any other questions, feel free to let me know. Otherwise, I will be closing the ticket out.

Yes, if you were permanently banned, it is hopeless.

As support stated, you got 7 (seven!) chat restrictions, a final warning with a 2 week ban, and then you still didn't improve your behavior.

Most people get 3 chances then a permanent ban. You got 8. The fact you think that you should do anything other than accept it appalls me.

To be honest Riot will let you be a pretty scummy person in game. They will let you vent and rage to an extent and even after game. So it's pretty bad when you get perma banned for being like that.
