I had to go to a dentist appointment so i left mid game and boom, 20 min ban. Its so stupid that league is just a game and they make you wait 20 min b4 5 games like its something very important. Its just a game meant for fun i don't want to wait for so long to just play a game. And if some people are gonna say people take it seriously then leaver buster should just be a punishment for leaving ranked games. I just play blind pick for fun and i get banned. Pls remove it.

Wont be removed, 4 other players had to play a 4v5 because you leave way too often. You have to go several times out of the game / afk to trigger 20 mins leave buster.
And yes, normal games count also. They are still worth for people which don't want this tryhard or competitive feeling in there games. And they still want the first win of the day or sth. Winning makes always more fun then losing and you throw that with your afk attitude. So its deserved.

If you don't want to worry about LB, go play customs.
The only mode that doesn't have LeaverBuster penalties is custom. Anything matchmade--bots, normals, ranked, whatever--will include other players and it is a total dick move to ruin a game for a bunch of people by leaving in the middle of it.

20min for 5 games is the highest you can get so either you have a dentist every 2 days or you tell us some lies here because that is 100% not the only time you left or dc'ed or anything.
