he has spent over 5,000 dollars on league and to get banned for that is not right now they band all his accounts they said it was for smurfing he tried to fight it and they banned all his accounts

They don't ban all of a player's accounts for smurfing (or any, for that matter). He should've received an email about his ban(s), and if he needs more information he can submit a Support Ticket.

You should either have your friend post here, or get more information to add to this post. We'd need to know what exactly his ban was for (can generally tell from the content of the email he should have gotten regarding the bans. There was a recent ban wave for use of scripting or malicious 3rd party applications with League. If they hit all of his accounts at once, I'd guess this was the cause of the ban.

And no, no amount of money or time spent on the game grants you immunity if you choose to break the rules.

did you ever get unbanned?

i know most of the time i would side with riot and think these people are obvious scripters trying to lie to get unbanned, but my friend got perma'd for "scripting" as well, and i really don't believe either of you would do it.

i mean, i don't know you, but you're always the first one to call people out on their shit when they get banned for scripting. and i KNOW my friend didn't do it. what's going on?

My main account is still banned. I have gotten no response from support.

But I think I sent the wrong ticket, I sent a ticket saying I was banned out of nowhere and have no idea why. I said I suspected it was hacked but maybe it was a legit permaban for something I did. I don't know, they have not contacted me back.

An acquaintance of mine was also banned but he doesn't know why. Your friend seems to be in the same boat.

I would never script or hack, ever. I just want to know why I was banned because mine doesn't even say "scripting" it just says my (unspecified) acts were bannable.... I don't even mind being perma-banned, I just despise this silent treatment from those that perma-banned me.

I'm going to guess toxicity, if that's the case, that's fine. I accept my punishment... but at least tell me I was toxic, Riot.

if you were banned for toxicity you would know.

it's fucking stupid that riot bans people for suspecting them of scripting or cheating without having any solid evidence. if riot THINKS you're scripting, then you get permabanned, and when you ask why you were banned, they give you a generic copy paste answer and make sure to include "we cannot disclose this information"

like, normally i would say the system is working as intended, people who are toxic are getting banned. but when it comes to scripting, riot has no fucking idea what they're doing, and innocent people are getting banned all the time.
