Season 5 rewards questions and conerns

I am currently a diamond 4 player. And i find myself extremely disgruntled to find that i will not be receiving any rewards for that achievement because in August i was banned for toxic behavior. This to me seems very dishonest. I deserved my ban and felt it was a good wake up call to be less toxic and treat my teammates better. What is the reasoning behind punishing me further? How does taking rewards for me help in me being a more positive impact on the community? Was my ban not enough? And if it wasn't why not just increase my rehabilitation time and or come up with something else that doesn't involve taking things from me i earned and that were promised. Every single person I've gone to about this says that taking my end of season rewards from me is childish and spiteful. Because it is. Can a RIOT employee please explain the reasoning behind this? Because it makes no sense me. I don't feel inspired to be more positive. I feel hurt and cheated.

Really? Because every adult I've talked to has said that complaining you aren't getting rewarded for your lousy behavior is childish and spiteful. Because it is. You made the decision to be toxic. Now you have to deal with the consequences. What you are doing is nothing more than throwing a tantrum because santa brought you coal instead of presents because you were a naughty little boy. In what real life situation are you allowed to be acting so badly that you are outright removed from the environment, yet are still allowed to get prizes later? Hm? Your school? Your job? Your family? Society in general? You think if you get arrested and tossed in jail you still get that raise when you get out? The world has never worked that way. To complain that it doesn't is outright idiocy and a level of undeserved self-entitlement that proves you should still be removed from that environment because you have clearly learned nothing. "Yeah, I was such a pile of crap that I needed to be kicked out of the game entirely, but I still get rewarded in a few weeks, right? What? I don't? RIOT IS OUT TO GET POOR ME." Disgusting.

I got banned a couple times. Still got my rewards because I reformed. You were toxic towards the end is the reason.

You had 3 months to show reform for what must have gone on for at least half a year for them to have actually banned you. Probably longer.

Riot has no idea that you've actually changed, and this isn't helping them see that. Its easy to play nice to 3 months. Try it for a year and see how that works out. You made diamond once, you can do it again next year if you really earned it. I know I earned my place in Silver. I earned it because I didn't put in the time to get better. You put in that time, and this year, you just have to do it again. Maybe go even further since you'll be working better with your team (I hope).

And that little voice in your head needs to stay in your head and off the keyboard.
