Massive amount of bots in ARAM?!

Has any one else notice the amount of bots on the ARAM map as of late? I have had about 3 matches today alone where there was only about 3 real accounts being played my real people from both teams combined. This is making ARAM not much fun anymore and is actually getting to the point that it is causing the game to lag out.
