I rage so much?

I hate playing league of legends. Everytime I play LoL blind pick 5v5 I either get terrible team mates who dont know what "adc or supp" are "duo mid or top" or DONT EVEN HAVE MASTERIES. I usually play with a group of friends but when i do play blind pick i just play with 1 more friend. I used to main teemo but hes so boring. Now i run into terrible no skill teemo players. I broke 2 keyboards this week raging due to the fact that i cant compensate with the lack of skill my teammates have or how stupidly and utterly broken other team comps are. I already paid my consequence from getting suspensions to 25 game chat restriction penalties. Yet I still rage and flame teamates and others help?
